A climate and environmental professional with experience leading regional programmatic portfolios across Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Cascade, Titus led multi-year circular economy programmes and research initiatives with SecondMuse, with an emphasis on scaling innovative solutions to address local waste management and recycling gaps. Titus has also practised both top-down and bottom-up approaches to environmental challenges through his work in corporate sustainability within the private sector, as well as managing national-level climate programmes as an Environment Analyst with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) of Malaysia, including Stage 2 of the HCFC Phase-Out Management Plan (HPMP) as part of Malaysia’s compliance to the Montreal Protocol.
At Cascade, Titus’s focus is on exploring viable pathways for improved Lifecycle Refrigerant Management (LRM) in the cooling and refrigerant industry in Southeast Asia.
Titus holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Malaya, Malaysia, and currently resides in Singapore with his wife and two children.
