Cathy Luo

Strategy and Research Associate

A systems thinker and believer in intersectional solutions for environmental, social, and economic justice. Most recently, she led sustainability reporting, climate risk transition planning, and energy efficient loan programs at XacBank in Mongolia in partnership with the Green Climate Fund, EBRD, and UNDP. She has previously worked on sustainable finance and climate policy at the World Resources Institute, Natural Resources Defense Council, Environmental Protection Agency, and Stanford Sustainable Finance Initiative. Cathy holds a B.A. in Economics and M.S. in Earth Systems from Stanford University.
