Revolving Loan Fund Electron

So, revolving loan funds are sweet right?!  Why are there not more of them?  After sitting in on the RLF meeting at Powershift '09 (hell yeah!!) I saw that there are several campuses in various stages of development on thier RLFs.  So, though much of this is a political process that has to pass through our respective campus systems, having a network of fellow RLFer's to share tips and serve as a reference when presenting to administration seems like a helpful step.
